2. Products & Availability

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to our return and refund policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Shipping & Quarantine

We currently ship within Australia only. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their order meets their state’s quarantine and importation requirements.

Mount Victoria Microgreens will not be held responsible for goods that are destroyed or seized by customs or local authorities, or any additional costs (e.g. inspection fees) that may be incurred as a result of quarantine or biosecurity requirements.

Shipping times are estimates only. Standard shipping is typically 5–7 business days and express post is 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. If a product’s price is incorrect, we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment is processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases made through our store.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (seeds and growing materials), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you are unsatisfied with an unopened product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable). Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

6. Seed & Growing Disclaimer

While we make every effort to supply high-quality seeds and growing materials, germination rates and growing results can vary depending on environmental conditions, water quality, temperature, and growing technique. We do not guarantee specific germination rates or harvest yields.

The growing instructions provided with our kits are for general guidance only. Mount Victoria Microgreens is not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointing results arising from the use of our products.

7. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.

8. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our privacy practices. We collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
