Zesty Mix – 2 cups approximately

Description

 The Zesty Microgreen Mix is made up of a mixture of the following microgreens;

Pea or Sunflower plus 2 of the following:-

• Radish
• Mustard
• Wasabi Cress
• Curled Cress
• Nasturtium
• Arugula
• Anise

The actual mix will be dependent on the harvest cycle.

Feel like turbocharging your ‘normal’, ‘boring’ salads?

Throw in a handful of our exotic mix and you will bring an astounding zest to the most boring of salads or dishes.  These are perfect additions to any salad, omelette or sandwich.

If there is a choice that you do not want in your order, you will be able to use the comment box at checkout to pass that information on, and if that choice is in that week then we will reduce your mix to just the two other microgreens.

At Mount Victoria Microgreens, we only use non-plastic packaging, preferring to use PLA, plant based, clear clamshell packages. They are able to be commercially composted or will break down when placed into landfill without producing harmful micro plastics.
